On the Line 1 (or 2) page:

Proxy: proxy.whistlephone.com
Use Outbound Proxy: no
Outbound Proxy: (leave empty)
Register:no
(you can only receive calls on your Whistle PC dialer)
Display Name:leave blank
User ID: xxxxxxxxxx (Your 10-digit Whistle phone number i.e. 7275551212)
Password: xxxx (You whistle account password you set up)

That's it... leave all other settings default.

DIALING: Normal dialing - area code then number. For example, if you are calling a new york number 631-111-2222,
you would dial, 6311112222 (leave off the country code)
