Use Outbound Proxy: no
Outbound Proxy: (leave empty)
Register: yes

Display Name: (leave blank)
User ID: (Telequant Account Login such as: 0117275551212)
Password: (Telequant Account 4-digit password)

That's it... leave all other settings default.

DIALING: Normal dialing country code then number. For example, if you are calling a new york number 1-631-111-2222,
you would dial, 16311112222
